We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Graphic Designer / Video Editor - Intern to join our team. This internship presents a unique opportunity for a passionate individual looking to gain hands-on experience in the field of graphic design and video editing. As an intern, you will be exposed to a dynamic work environment, where you will learn from experienced professionals and contribute to exciting projects.

Responsibilities:

Assist in designing visually appealing graphics, including posters, banners, social media content, and other promotional materials using Photoshop and other design software.
Assist in editing and post-production processes of videos using Premiere Pro.
Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm ideas and contribute to the development of innovative concepts.
Research and stay up-to-date with the latest design and video editing trends, techniques, and tools.
Provide support in organizing and managing digital assets, maintaining an organized file system.
Complete tasks within specified timelines while ensuring high-quality standards.

Requirements:

Compensation: The internship will initially offer a monthly stipend of 15,000 to 20,000 PKR, which can be adjusted based on experience and performance. As the business grows and the intern demonstrates exceptional skills and commitment, there will be opportunities for salary increments, with the potential to earn between 50,000 to 70,000 PKR per month.

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Premiere Pro (knowledge of other design and video editing software is a plus).
Strong visual design sense with an eye for detail, color, and composition.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
Ability to take constructive feedback and apply it to improve skills and deliver better results.
Basic knowledge of design principles and video editing techniques.
A strong passion for creativity, design, and visual storytelling.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
