Order management, shipment organization, working with Logistics Deparment

Ensuring communication with customers, transferring customer complaints to related department and ensuring necessary action, determination of problems about order and shipment processes, according to this determination, improving some projects to increase service level. 

To ensure that the orders of the customers who are responsible are added to the system without any errors.

In order to improve the ordering process, it determines the inefficient areas and produces the project and takes responsibility

Incumbent will be responsible for coordinating with shipment ,Planning and Logistics Departments according to priorities set for the customer.

To ensure that customer complaints follow up with the relevant units and communicate with the customer.

Responsible for customer return and cancel orders and takes necessary actions to improve.

If the customer group's invoicing process responsibility is on its own, it manages this process.

Identifies points that will increase the service level and develop the project based on customer
