Virtual Assistant - Amazon

Ability to open cases and resolve issues with Amazon Seller Central (Infringement of copyrights, shipment disputes. etc.)
Customer Oriented and may well deal with customer bad reviews
Ability to set Performance KPIs and Milestones
Take full responsibility (A-Z) for Amazon Seller Account related tasks
At least 2 years of working experience as an Amazon Virtual Assistant
