Eco-Packaging is a fast-growing, mission-driven start-up that develops and distributes compostable and recycled packaging. The company's vision is to eliminate the use of virgin papers and plastic from packaging while offering a low-footprint, sustainable, and customizable solution. The company works with businesses of all sizes, with their stock packaging available with orders just as low as 50 units, with custom packaging orders requiring higher MOQs.

We are looking for a passionate, motivated, and entrepreneurial individual to join The company's team and help scale the company's business to the next level. If you are an environmentalist, curious, creative thinker, sharp & focused, with a go-getter DNA & energy, then, we are looking for you!

As a fast-growing startup, you will learn how a business is run on a day-to-day level, as well as the components needed to grow. Being able to problem solve, think creatively, and learn quickly are key metrics we assess.

Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, so apply ASAP. Compensation would take the form of salary + commission, alongside other perks based on performance.

Responsibilities include:

Ability to identify, develop and convert new business opportunities, whilst deepening existing customer relationships.
Think creatively about potential partnerships and new verticals
Acquire in-depth knowledge of the Company’s current products and services and new product lines and services as they are introduced.
Ability to meet/ exceed sales goals.
Obtain all relevant information needed to sell products through various sources and establish and maintain customer relationships.
Ability to learn and expand knowledge across all product lines.
Working closely to innovate on the business operations and explore new opportunities to help spread The company's packaging solutions.
Analyze and understand financials, being able to focus on elements of the business that are most profitable.

Role Requirements are:

Driven to advance the mission of Eco-Packaging by striving to spread our packaging as much as possible
Passionate driven, and entrepreneurial by nature.
Previous packaging background is encouraged, but not required.
It is a very interesting time in the sustainable packaging space, and we have a limited window to capitalize on the opportunity and provide companies with the best sustainable solutions.
In this role, you'd play a very important part in bringing The company's mission to reality. And be something more than an employee.
