We are looking for a Graphic Designer to collaborate across departments to produce amazing work to communicate to our clients and prospective customers. You will be designing a wide variety of things across digital and offline media. To be successful in this position, you’ll be a self-starter, capable of delivering brilliant creative ideas, and show amazing attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

Planning concepts by studying relevant information and project brief
Drafting concepts by designing examples of logos, social-media-designs, indesign documents, illustrations, short-animations, Webdesign(ui/ux) and other marketing collateral - as per project brief/requirments.
Preparing finished art for delivery (print & digital)
Coordinating with outside agencies/vendors, web designers, marketing and colleagues as necessary.
Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed & Communicating with clients about layout and design.
Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites with software such as photoshop.
Qucikly Reviewing, making & suggesting improvements & small changes to existing when necessary.
The applicant must be able to thrive in a collaborative workplace and actively engage in the project development process. - Internal(with-in teams) & External (client) communication.(Comprehension, spoken, written English)
Create and maintain workflows with teams to provide visibility and to ensure workload balance for consistent visual designs
Meet regularly with business stakeholders/management to understand and refine business and functional requirements and determine project scopes and specifications
Develop and maintain strategic operational systems, tools, and processes, including participation in tactical and strategic development projects

Requirements:

Proven graphic designing experience
A strong & diverse portfolio of UI/UX, branding, social-media posts, animtions, marketing collateral. (Must provide folio link)
Expertise with design software and technologies (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, XD & After-effects)
A keen eye for aesthetics and details
Excellent communication skills (Comprehension, spoken, written English)
Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
Experience or Ability to learn new project-management applications. (Trello, Gira, Gdrive)
Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus but not mandatory
