  • To provide IT technical support to across the company.
  • Installation and configuration computer hardware, software, system, Internet Line, CCTV, networks, printers, scanners and telephone exchange.
  • Ensure smooth functioning of Software, hardware, network and CCTV.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues to resolution.
  • Ensure system and data security is maintained at a high standard, ensuring the integrity of the network is not compromised.
  • Expedite the repair of hardware faults and software configuration problems, take corrective action in a timely manner.
  • Identifying and solving any problems that arise with computer networks and systems.
  • To involve in managing and storing data using computers, software, databases, networks, and servers. Backup of server and its security.
  • To handle SAP software, Mobile App and social media.
  • To handle soft wares (MS Office & Outlook)
  • To divide internet equally
  • To do wifi management
  • CCTV installation, keep record and surveillance through it.
  • To handle Desktops, Laptops, LED, Projectors, and all IT related devices.
  • System handling, its cleanliness & service
  • To undertake any other responsibility assigned by the competent authority.
  • Any other task assigned by the Management.
