A multnational brand require 2 sales staff for our brand outlet at Parktowers, Clifton, Karachi. Job Description for the said staff will be:

  • daily stock control and management.
  • Assisting shoppers to find the products they are looking for.
  • Being responsible for processing cash and card payments.
  • Stocking shelves with products.
  • Answering queries from customers.
  • Reporting discrepancies and problems to the supervisor.
  • Giving advice and guidance on product selection to customers.
  • Balancing cash registers with receipts on daily basis.
  • Dealing with customer refunds.
  • Keeping the store tidy and clean.
  • Responsible dealing with customer complaints.
  • Working within established guidelines, particularly with brands.
  • Attaching price tags to poducts.
  • Responsible for security within the store and being on the look out for shoplifters and fraudulent credit cards etc.
  • Keeping up to date with special promotions and putting up displays.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience working at brand retail outlet.
  • Intermediate
  • 20 to 30 years of age
  • Pleasant personality 
  • Male/Female
  • Speaking English is an advantage
  • Basic computer operating skills
