We are looking for an experienced Facebook Ads Expert to join our growing team. As a Facebook Ads Expert, you will be responsible for creating and managing campaigns for our clients, with a focus on driving conversions and delivering results.

Responsibilities:

Create Custom audiences and lookalike audiences to target potential customers based on their interests, behavior, and demographics.
Build out campaign frameworks inside ad accounts, including setting up ad sets, selecting targeting options, and creating ad creatives.
Optimize and scale campaigns by analyzing campaign data, adjusting bids, and testing new strategies.
Provide daily and weekly reports to project managers, which include ad spend, CPA, and ROAS data.
Work with the design team to coordinate graphic design projects, including creating ad creatives, landing pages, and other marketing materials.
Work with the web development team to produce conversion rate optimization audits of client websites to identify areas for improvement in the user experience and conversion funnel.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in Facebook Ad management, including experience with custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and campaign optimization.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience with report tools, such as Google Analytics and Facebook Ads Manager.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Experience with Conversion Rate Optimization and Landing Page optimization is a plus.
