- Able to manage huge amount of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
- Able to direct customer towards an easy sale.
- Able to clarify customer's requirement and provide solutions.
- Find various potential leads and links through social media, emails, cold calling & to convert them into sales.
- Excellent follow-up skills and to maintain quality services with existing customers.
- To identify and escalate issues to Seniors or Supervisors if can't be solved.
- Should have strong negotiation skills.
- Must have past B2B and B2C sales/Customer Support Experience of minimum 2 to 4 years.
- Should be able to generate potential leads.

- Fast Learner and detail oriented.
- Should be punctual.

- Proficiency with MS Office.
- Previous call center experience is strongly preferred (US Based CSR is a Plus)
