Preparation of daily activity
Preparation of daily account closing - daybook
Preparation of profit & loss monthly/weekly/yearly
Preparation of balance sheets
Effectively delegate tasks & responsibilities to ensure timely, accurate & proper bookkeeping
Keep liaison with the banks on a daily basis to settle routine issues as and when needed
Preparation of company processing agreements
To undertake all other relevant tasks and duties that may be assigned by the management from time to time
Timely reconciliation of the sub-ledger with the general ledger
Prepare all invoices as per contracts and agreements with the company's customers along with the complete handling of these invoices till final delivery & their settlement
Prepare bank payment vouchers, receipt vouchers, and journal vouchers
Prepare bank reconciliation statements on a monthly basis
Have the ability to present work in front of higher authorities. Must have skills and ideas to develop him/herself
Energetic / hardworking / ideas creator
Must have adequate knowledge of managing accounts, and be able to plan, coordinate, and manage assigned areas using necessary financial and accounting analysis
Ideal candidate should have a strong command over ms excel, and must be confident, have good communication skills, be well groomed, and have the ability to work effectively & efficiently under pressure
