Requirements:

Fluent in spoken & written English
Previous experience of a similar job dealing with any international market would be a plus
Tolerant with customers and good in telephonic manners
Typing and data entry skills in excess of 20 words per minute
Primary knowledge of using computers and internet research is mandatory. Spelling, accuracy and attention to detail, Self-motivated, detail-oriented and organized
Punctuality and Being on time is requisite
Generate slaes leads
Manage large incoming calls
