Senior Marketing Analyst

Helpers is looking for a Marketing Lead. With our app launching soon, we are currently expanding our marketing efforts and require a well rounded and driven marketing analyst to help us get there. Your job will be to work to create and monitor marketing campaigns to promote the Helpers platform. Your Responsibilities will include:

Gathering and analyzing customer/operational data
Developing data driven insights and recommendations to boost sales and improve ROI
Preparing reports to present insights and/or trends at weekly meetings
Developing formulations for and continuously tracking/updating metrics including but not limited to: ROI, ROAS, CAC, CLV
Conducting on-the-ground marketing activities
Developing and recommending changes to graphics.
Training the customer support team to handle customer inquiries across social media platforms
Hiring freelancers/corporations to create digital media campaigns where necessary
Deciding which services need to promoted on a month-on-month basis.
Overall handling and implementation of marketing strategy and direction
