A Swiss International organization for development requires services of a suitable candidate for the post

of PROJECT MANAGER based in ISLAMABAD WITH OFFICIAL VISITS OUT OF TOWN PER NEED for its

project NUTRITION IN MOUNTAIN AGRO-ECOSYSTEMS (NMA).

Expected tasks to be performed:

 Overall supervision and execution of the project as per agreed targets

 Develop a framework for tracking project’s implementation annual plans

 Preparation of budgets and annual planning of the NMA

 Technical support and building capacity of the partners in project

 Close networking with relevant stakeholders and implementing partners

 Reporting to the government (legal responsibility of the International NGO)

 Donor reporting while maintaining monitoring data

 Organize advocacy on nutrition sensitive agriculture and improved nutrition practices

 Ensuring due diligence and internal control (pertaining to all the resources available to the

project)

Requirements:

 Qualification: Masters’ Degree: Agriculture with focus on Nutrition, Economics, Business

management, Marketing. Social sciences will only be accepted if the applicant has relevant

experience.

 Relevant experience: At least 5 years. Nutrition sensitive agriculture or related theme including

technology based advocacy campaigns.

 Excellent writing and presentation skills.

 Willing to travel in the project areas.
