The incumbent shall be young, energetic, and possess excellent interpersonal and convincing skills.

Consult, collaborate & brainstorm with team on big ideas and how to present them in a compelling proposal for biggest impact to help reach its revenue goals
Guide Ideation for proposal, coordinate, lead and participate in brainstorming sessions
Create marketing and promotional concepts that can be amplified through consumer touch points
Work with creative team to produce visually arresting proposals
Attend client meetings, assess client needs and translate needs into a tangible strategy
Track record of dealing with clients at executive level
Working under high pressure environment
Able to communicate with the clients effectively & efficiently
