We are not concerned with high educational degrees and with the age limits.
We are concerned with the sales talent.
An employee must be decent in looks and he must know English and Urdu both the languages.
If he has the knowledge of speaking some other languages then its a plus point. An employee must be sincere to his job and he must be responsible.
He should be confident and should not feel strange in front of public in dealing with them which simply means that he must be social, talkative and convincing.
He must be skilled, passionate and confident enough to grab the customers.
