We are looking for Technical Coordinator who can assist our Technical managers in organizing our ongoing projects.

The primary accountability of this role is to ensure client satisfaction via the high - quality delivery of projects.
The core attributes of the job are organizing people and time resources and co - ordinate with stack holders to ensure timely completion of projects.

Key skills required:

Candidate should able to plan work as per the deadline.
Able to manage development team.
Willing to learn new about new technologies
Strong analytical skills and people management skills required
Candidate should be able to communicate with international Suppliers.
Required great communication skills (written and verbal) with presentation

Responsibilities:

Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures.
The candidate will be responsible for the whole project delivery.
Candidate needs to develop project strategies
Monitor current projects and coordinates all team members involved to keep work flow on track.
Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings for that he can prepare necessary presentation materials.
The candidate needs to determine project changes.
Organizing, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings.
Need to be ensure that project deadlines are met as well as needs to ensure quality of the delivery with the help of provided resources.
The candidate need to Co - ordinate with team leader about projects reviews.
Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective.
Preparing requests for proposals and conducting all necessary meetings to facilitate selection of project services and products.
