About the Role

  • The Senior Sales & Business Development Executive will play a key role in driving the Pakistan and Other partnership strategy by evaluating Sales, business opportunities, analyzing and tracking partnerships, and assisting in deal structuring and execution
  • Evaluate partnership opportunities across several industries, performing a broad range of quantitative and qualitative analyses
  • Execute top partnership opportunities in Pakistan and Other Countries, working with key stakeholders (e.g., operations, product, engineering, operations, legal, finance, etc.)
  • Identify specific prospects/partners to approach and effectively communicate the specific value proposition for the partner's business and use case.
  • Ensure deals serve company strategy, accounting for risk appropriately, monitoring competitive developments, identifying KPIs, and estimating financial impacts
  • Prepare and give business presentations to hi5 senior management team
  • Interface with external executives alongside seasoned BD professionals for complex deals
  • Handle a high volume of engagements and the fast pace of our company
  • Meeting with clients virtually or during sales visits
  • Demonstrating and presenting products
  • Establishing new business
  • Maintaining accurate records
  • Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings
  • Reviewing sales performance
  • Negotiating contracts and packages
  • Working towards monthly or annual targets.

What the Candidate Will Need 

  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience at a leading consulting firm, or in an analytical or business operations role at a leading technology company
  • Highly analytical with strong financial modeling and complex problem solving skills
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • SQL capability or willingness to learn is a plus
  • Ability to multi-task and deal with time pressure in an unstructured environment; ability to work through uncertainty
  • Be passionate about the details, do what it takes with speed, resourcefulness, and a positive, go-getter attitude regardless of the tasks at hand
  • Experience developing strategic projects including market and segment analysis
