Manage large number of outbound calls in a timely and efficient manner
Follow communication scripts when handling different customer concerns
Obtain client information by making telephone calls, interviewing clients and verifying information
Determine eligibility by comparing client information to requirements
Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines
Keep record of all conversations in the call center database in a comprehensible way
Meet personal/ team qualitative and quantitative targets
Contact potential or exisitng customers to inform about product or service.
Answer questions about product of the company
Ask questions to understand customer requirement and close sales.
Hanlde customer grievances to preserve banks reputation.
Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
