We are looking for a talented and committed officer to Manage logistics of activities relating to our company. This position requires experience in procurement and coordination abilities and excellent communication skills. Candidate should have:
· Proven experience as logistics coordinator.
- Computer-savvy with a working knowledge of logistics software (ERP).
· Coordinate logistics activities related to procurement, funding, substantive units and humanitarian affairs.
- Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Keep logs and records of warehouse stock, executed orders etc.
- Responsible of Shipping, Tracking and Receiving of all project related materials.
- Highly organized and disciplined thinker, effective time manager, must have a task and project completion drive and focus.
- Sales tax knowledge.
- Ability to negotiate, establish, and administer contracts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid knowledge and understanding of procurement processes, policy, and systems.
- Good language, analytical, presentation and explanation skills.
- Ensure that the products and supplies are high quality.
- Create and maintain inventory of all incoming and current supplies.
