An experiened professional with above 10 years of experience in Hoisery/Textiles

Location: FAISALABAD

Developing and implementing innovative strategies to modernize factory operations.
Allocate resources effectively and utilize to produce optimal results.
Ensuring that factory staff is working as per expectation and with optimal throughput
Analyzing production data to identify and resolve any production issues.
Preparing production reports and submitting them to the senior department heads.
Collaborating with the quality control department to establish and execute standard control processes.
Motivating factory workers to continually achieve factory targets.
Any other task assigned by the management.
Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
Excellent organizational and leadership ability
Computer literacy is a must, good knowledge in MS Office and Social Networking.
Capability to departmental cost analysis.
Able to lead a team
Outstanding knowledge of Hosiery. (Knitting/Dying/Stiching/Cutting)
Active references required for job
