SQL & Crystal Report Developer

Write complex stored procedures, triggers and functions in MS 2008 and above
Database design, with complete knowledge of RDBMS
Performance tuning T-SQL code
Handle client deployments for database objects, be able to maintain several release versions
Follow standard software development life cycle methodologies
Abide by coding standards, and recommend incremental enhancements where applicable.
Work independently and as a team member.
Define and document business requirements for verification from the offshore team and then document detail specifications for programming.
Handle multiple tasks and prioritize them with the input from management.
Liaise with senior management, software architects, business domain personnel and offshore team
Provide client technical support when required Minimal DBA responsibilities

Requirements:

Bachelors Degree in MIS, Computer Science or Engineering
4+ years of database development experience in MS SQL Server Working, hands-on experience with Crystal Reports (SAP Business Objects)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Detail oriented
Be able to grasp complex concepts and ideas Logical thinker
