What is the job:

Listening to phone calls and selecting an outcome based on what was discussed in the call
Understanding the nature of the call and sorting it into the appropriate category
Understanding the intent of the caller and making the corresponding selection in the system
Identifying key points of interest in the call audio and mentioning them accurately and succinctly in the call disposition
Listening to phone calls in their entirety and writing clear, accurate, and complete summaries with perfect English and grammar
Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly quantitative and qualitative targets.

Job requirements:

Excellent English comprehension
Excellent English listening skills
Excellent attention to detail
Proficiency with computers, web browsers, and Google
Ability to quickly and independently find answers via online research
Ability to type quickly and accurately while proofreading
Ability to write English at a professional level without grammatical or spelling errors (spell-check and writing assistants are ok to use)
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Willingness to work in the evening or night shifts.

Uncapped salary, dependent only on the quality and quantity of your output. On average you can expect to earn between 25k - 50k PKR, but you can go much higher if you're willing to put the work in.
