Business Intelligence Specialist

Designing and development of end-to-end BI Solution for clients
Development of extensive and interactive analytical dashboards with all BI features such as drilling, pivoting, slicing and dicing etc.
Development of OLAP Cubes in SSAS
Performance optimization of database models, cubes and frontend reports
Handle proper content management and security for dashboards as per client’s requirements
Perform cross-reference and extensive QA to ensure accuracy and integrity of data and dashboards
Prepare proposals, presentations and Demos for potential customers
Provide support on ongoing projects
Assist in Documentation of BI Solutions

Requirements

Three years of professional experience in a highly analytical, data-driven, fast-paced field
Ability to execute a project from start to finish with independence, resourcefulness, and creative thinking
Proficiency in SQL scripting, experience extracting large sets of data and combining various data sources to extract insights
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to clearly and effectively communicate the results of complex analyses
Ability to work in a diverse, fast-paced environment and effectively collaborate across teams, partners, and customers
Ability to learn new technology quickly through instruction and self-training
Self-awareness and a desire to continually improve
Attention to detail and aesthetics
