HiveWorx is looking for an energetic, self driven Front-Desk Receptionist who will take care of all front desk tasks.

Your Key Responsibilities

Greeting clients and visitors, notifying appropriate parties of their arrival
Answering and forwarding incoming calls in a professional manner, taking messages when necessary
Office administrative support in the areas of HR and Facilities
Dealing with incoming and outgoing correspondence (email, letters, telephones, parcels)

Your Experience and Skillset

Bachelors Degree in any discipline
Minimum 1 year experience of managing reception desk and office administration
Excellent communication skills in both Urdu and English
Welcoming and confident personality
Exceptional telephone manners
Strong sense of professionalism
Professional and proactive working attitude with ability to work efficiently under pressure
Self-motivated, reliable, dedicated and flexible
Good computer skills including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Familiarity with the software services industry would be a bonus
