HandM Enterprises is looking for Assistant Accounts Officer to provide accounting assistance and for quotation preparation
Job Duties:
- Preparing financial documents such as invoices, bills, and accounts payable and receivable
- Preparing sales/purchase quotations
- Assistance in financial operations record maintenance
- Preparing monthly reports for the relevant department
- Documenting financial transactions and maintaining their record
- Assisting with book-keeping
Qualification & Experience:
- Minimum Qualification: B.com or M.Com
- At Least 1 year of relevant experience
Skills Required:
- Must’ve knowledge of accounting operations
- Excellent command at MS Excel and MS WordGood command at English
- Data entry and data maintenance knowledge
- Knowledge of balance sheet Account preparation
