Day to day operations of regional sales & services.
Manage customer support. Plan and support sales and marketing activities.
Communicate customer issues with team and devise ways of improving the customer experience, including resolving problems and complaints
Implement best practices across all levels within organization to increase quality of customer services
Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability
Coordinate, manage and monitor the workings of various departments in the organization
Manages the stock con
trols on warehouses and checks that inventory records are accurate on All locations
Communicates any change in the order or delivery date to relevant parties
Regular reporting to CEO regarding sales & recoveries
Responsible to execute new initiatives like online sales etc.
