Job Description:

Manage the daily operation of the showroom ensuring sales goals are met, policy & procedures are followed.
Commendation, evaluation, scheduling, and staff training.
Supervise staff, ensuring all customers are greeted and their needs are met while on the floor.
Ensure proper protocol is followed.
Work with management team to ensure sales goals are met
Meeting with clients and projects handling and multitasking,
Review Quotations/Invoices, and proceeding for purchase orders.
Follow the client’s order delivery, payments, and receivable.
Complaint handling and give proper solution to the clients.
Ensure customer satisfaction all the time.
Get feedback from customer regarding our services and products.
Knowledge of computer software and ability to inspire, mentor, and motivate a staff
Look after the display items regarding placement, price tagging and cleaning all the time.
Coordinate with SCM regarding the orders and stock availability.
Coordinate with internal departments regarding the smooth business operations.

This position reports to Branch Manager/CEO .Additional duties may be assigned and this job description may change without notice at the discretion of management.
