Looking for a male / female applicant with excellent commmand of English and customer service skills to take inbound calls for scheduling of appointments. There will be occasional outbound calls to established clients for rescheduling and to convey messages. There are no outbound cold calls or sales calls.
There is option to work from home as long as applicant has a quiet area to use as home office, high speed broadband internet connection or located in an area with good 4G mobile internet coverage and speed.
The successful applicant will be receiving calls for an office based in Ottawa, Canada.
The working hours are from 22:00 to 06:00 PKT (Pakistan Standard Time) Monday to Friday and 19:00-03:00 PKT Saturday and Sunday. We are looking for 2-3 applicants to share the shifts / hours. Remuneration is Rs 1600 /shift or Rs 200 / hour.
Client confidentiality and high level of customer service are very important for us and all calls will be recorded.
