HomeEasy, a rapidly expanding B2B US based technology company focused on institutional real estate through an AI enabled platform is looking for a remote Full Stack Developer (Python).

In this role you will:

Build and maintain robust APIs - from the service that powers them right down to the line of code that perfects them.
Work closely with other stakeholders from the early stages of design all the way through identifying and resolving production issues and handling the complete SDLC.
Support a wide range of products focusing on automation, availability, and performance, and above all reliability as well as supporting client services and business intelligence leading up to, during, and after each sprint.
Write and maintain exemplary code following accepted programming practices
Gain a detailed understanding of the complete architecture of our product and future product streams that would vertically integrate with it

Requirements

Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or a related field
1+ years of experience in Python back-end frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask)
1+ years of experience in JavaScript and front-end frameworks (React preferred), and securely connecting to (and modifying/developing) APIs from Python back-end frameworks
Good understanding of API development and best practices is a must
A good understanding of HTML, CSS & JavaScript is a must
A good understanding of deploying and maintaining live production code and apps is a must (Python, JavaScript) including use of Git for version control
Good understanding of at least one MVC frameworks (Ember, Angular, Backbone or React) is a must
In-depth knowledge of querying, building, and managing relational databases, PostgreSQL preferred
Experience with Cloud technologies and application deployment using containers (e.g. Docker) is a must, strong preference for GCP and App Engine
Familiarity with reading/writing to Cloud data storage, e.g., “buckets” is a must, familiarity with data lake and building ETL pipelines is a plus
Some understanding of build tools like Gulp or Webpack and package management tools like bower & NPM
Familiarity with Twilio’s API is a plus
Familiarity with Java and Java headless web scraping is a plus
Analytically and conceptually sound thinking process along with being detail oriented.
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills as well as the ability to prioritize tasks and quickly adjust in a rapidly changing environment
