Business Development Executive

Horizon Technologies is hiring a highly motivated and results-driven B2B sales specialist to join our US client. As a B2B sales specialist, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. Your primary focus will be on selling our products and services to businesses, identifying their needs, and offering customized solutions to meet those needs. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building long-term partnerships with B2B clients

Responsibilities

Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in a similar industry or with a complex sales cycle.
Strong understanding of B2B sales principles, techniques, and methodologies.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales productivity tools
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.

Requirements

2+ years' of B2B sales experience
Fluent English Speaking ability in native or neutral accent
Willingness to work at the night times

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rs140,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
