Installation and troubleshooting of Network related hardware/software.
Firewall nstallation/Configuration & management
Cisco network devices Installation/Configuration & management
Remote Network and system support
Knowledge of Client/server database applications
Technical Helpdesk services
Remote administration of Windows PC's
Handling/Management of servers
Active Directory management
Microsoft Exchange Server management
Office 365 management
Disaster Recovery/Backup management
Virtualization management
CCTV Configurations
Time Attendance devices Installation, Support, Maintenance
Network Cabling
Networking & Related ICT tasks
Willing to travel within the city whenever required
