This is a 7pm to 4am night shift job!

We are looking for full time BPO executives with Medical Billing experience. Those with experience in the Health care industry will be preferred.

Minimum 1 year medical billing experience.
Good English Witten and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of basic medical terminologies suh as IDC10, HCPC, CPT ETC.
Good understanding of insurance procedures and guidelines.
Make calls & follow up on pending claims by calling insurance companies.
Ability to communicate and talk to insurance companies and agents.
Be able to follow up on AR and do QC on AR reports.
Benifits / Eligibility, medical coding and basic demographic verification.
Revenue cycle management (RCM) via different applications in use.
Work on VOB cases with relevant insurance companies.
Work on denied EOB (explanations of Benefits).
Claims Tracing & Verification.
Payment Posting & Patient Billing.
Further on job training and guidance will be provided.
