Looking for experienced & skilled, mid-senior to senior level profiles for the role of "NetSuite Support Administrator"
DESCRIPTIONS:
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to NetSuite implementation and integration, working closely with the IT team to ensure seamless business operations.
- Manage user access and permissions and support to users as needed to ensure proper usage of the system.
- Develop and implement custom workflows, scripts, and reports to optimize NetSuite functionality and improve system performance.
- Conduct regular audits of NetSuite data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide technical support for NetSuite upgrades and system enhancements, to ensure a smooth transition.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design, test, and deploy new NetSuite functionality.
- Develop and maintain system documentation and training materials to ensure that users are equipped with the necessary knowledge to maximize NetSuite's functionality.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest NetSuite updates and industry trends, providing recommendations for system improvements and enhancements.
REQUIREMENTS:
- NetSuite ERP program with prior experience with NetSuite CRM and eCommerce.
- Computer Science, Business Degree or any related Bachelor’s Degree. Technical degree preferred.
- 5 to 7 years hands on experience with NetSuite customizations and data migration.
- Strong understanding of billing, payments, A/R, general ledger, revenue recognition, planning, accounting, and financial reporting.
- Relationships within Finance, Project Management and Operations Teams.
NOTE:
- Karachi based on-site position with having shift timings of 8am to 5pm (US - Eastern Standard Time).
