Tax Executive - Payroll

Horizon Technologies is looking for a Payroll & Tax Executive who would Implement, maintain, and review payroll processing systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, garnishments, taxes, and other deductions.

Job Responsibilities

The Payroll & Tax Executive offers input into organization’s payroll tax policies standards.
Primarily in charge of the company’s adherence to all payroll related local, state, federal, and other applicable foreign tax laws and procedures.
It is also the duty to guarantee that the company is adhering to local, state, and federal tax requirements by carrying out intermittent audits, as well as managing and handling tax records.
Role also includes finding solutions to payroll tax irregularities by gathering and analysing data and performing modifications.
The Payroll & Tax executive for this post will update and manage payroll tax system and administer technical support.
The executive will work to organize and guarantee proper workings of stock operations and other non-cash transactions, which include executive compensation agenda.
Will connect internally with all levels of the company personnel comprising executives with regards to pay and payroll taxes.
This Job is based on US Payroll and Tax laws.

Qualification: BS degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration

Note:

This is an onsite 3rd shift night job and the timing of this job is from 6:00 pm till 3:00 am (Mon to Fri)

Fluency in English is required
