Horizon Technologies is looking for a Zoho specialist for one of its partners.
The potential candidate must have knowledge of Zoho one app knowledge and an understanding of Zoho one app implementation.
Job Responsibilities
- The candidate must have sound knowledge of the Zoho one App.
- The candidate must possess hands-on experience in the implementation of the Zoho app and related softwares.
- The ideal candidate should have a sound understanding of Zoho from implementation to it application.
Job Skills Requirements
- The candidate must be an expert in the integration, deployment & user training of CRM systems specially Zoho one & other major business applications.
- Solid knowledge and experience with ERP & CRM software.
- Ability to recognize and analyze technical problems.
- Strong ability to communicate and explain technical needs and problems to provide a solution
- Demonstrated ability to handle escalations with professionalism and speed.
- Desired candidate must be part of the process and should be the part of the team where the company transform it self into a digital company
- Fluent in English and excellent communications skills are required
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology.
- Certification in CRM systems (Zoho will be preferred)
- NOTE:
- English Speaking & Witting is mandatory for this job.
- This is a night shift job and its timing is from 6 pm till 3 am (Monday till Friday)
