Developing and implementing sales plans
Conducting regular sales and operations meetings
Briefing employees on current sales goals, promotions, and other relevant information from all department at branch.
Assessing market conditions and identifying opportunities
Drafting forecasts and business plans
Managing budgets, allocating branch funds, and defining financial objectives
Coordinating with other branches to share knowledge, plan promotional activities, or achieve goals
Develop action plan and strategies for new business in accordance with other department manager’s
Generate leads for new business and customers in coordination with other department’s managers.
Branch sales managers is also responsible for making sure the sales team adheres to the company mission and meets sales quotas.
Evaluating employee performance and providing feedback to HR department.
Recognizing employee achievements and encouraging excellence in the work environment
Maintain Stock / Inventory Level, Availability And Management.
Any other task assign by the management.
