· Operate Telephone Switchboard Station.
· Answer, Record, Logg and processed all Calls, Request, Question Or Concern.
· Monitored busy or unanswered lines.
· Checked back with callers on hold to update status.
· To maintain the photo copier.
· To maintain board with daily visits of rider of all departments.
· Look after the quests & visitors that come to meet in concern department.
· Arrange tea/ coffee for guest / visitors if required.
· Arrange cleaning work in receptionist area.
· Responsible for other duties as assigned
