This is an office/home-based job with a mix of IT and Sales. During on-job training you will be trained on web hosting and related technologies.
Main responsibilities:
- Handling Level 1 support through Phone, Live Chat, Trouble Tickets
- Business development and sales planning
- Billing handling, follow-ups, etc.
The aptitude trial period will be 7-business days. Successful trial leads to 1-month on-job training.
Salary: 16,000 - 25,000 depending on skills + attractive commission on sales.
