What we are looking Tele-sale Representatives to deal with our foreign as well as local clients. Job roles are as follow
1. Applicant will handle foreign/local client(s) queries on phone/chat/helpdesk/email/skype or any other electronic medium.
2. Applicant should be proficient in speaking and understand English language.
3. Applicant must have a good English grammar and can write excellent proposals/deals.
4. Should have enough knowledge of forums/blog posting. Applicants with past experience in it will be more appreciated.
5. We are an IT company and we'll be more likely looking for employees with the same background unless you can show some solid experiences.
6. Applicant must be responsible for closing deals and mature the sales.
