Property Manager

Property Manager would be responsible for the day to day property operations including but not limited to Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverages, Engineering, etc. in order to ensure that unforgettable guest experience is delivered by maintaining Hotel One standards.

To ensure that costs are controlled for the property
To be accountable for hotel weekly accounts and all property paper work as per audit procedure
To work within the company set budgets related to food, linen and housekeeping in order to deliver the services as per required standards
To control the cash handling within the property in order to ensure that all relevant departments are aware of their responsibilities and cash/credit card payments are recorded accurately
To control all the stocks within the hotel and ensure stock taking is completed accurately and on time each week for accounting purposes
To develop all aspects of incremental sales within the hotel, implementing new initiatives to meet and exceed targets
To manage all aspects of customer services within hotel in order to exceed guest expectations
To monitor, analyze and provide feedback to all departments regarding complaints and customer feedback in order to identify trends and to take pro-active actions
To ensure all Health and Safety procedures are implemented according to Company standards
To ensure suppliers have a full understanding of all product and service specifications in order to ensure effective delivery
