Procurement Officer-Fast Food

A renouned fast food chain based in Islamabad are seeking a detail-oriented, well-trained, and organized procurement officer to oversee purchases and develop new contracts. The candidate will play a key role in procuring high-quality and cost-efficient supplies and will follow procurement procedures, maintain an updated list of inventory and incoming purchases and supplies.

Duties and Responsibilities

Able to make technical and non- technical purchases for the company
Maintain accurate records of purchases and pricing
Create and maintain good relationships with vendors/suppliers
Able to generate and process purchase orders for sites via software
Able to coordinate with site staff for the analysis of procurement needs
Ensure that the products and supplies are high quality
Create and maintain an inventory of all incoming and current supplies
Maintain and update list of suppliers and their qualifications, delivery times, and potential future development

Requirements and Qualifications

Candidates with relevant experience will be preferred.
Complete knowledge and understanding of procurement processes in post covid scenario.
02 year previous experience as a procurement officer or related position
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and SAP
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must have knowledge about imported items n their substitute particular in fast food industry.
