We are looking for a head of quality control to implement check and balance in out rapidly growing organsiation. Your main responsibilities will be:
Responsible for maintaining overall quality and safety of food products
Devise and implement company quality procedures and standards
To ensure products meet quality standards set by the company
Work with procurement to ensure quality standards for external suppliers
Set standards for quality as well as Health and Safety
Make sure that manufacturing and production meet International and local standards
Reduce production wastage and increase productivity
Set up and maintain controls and documentaion procedures
Monitor performance by gathering relevant data and produce statistical reports
Review existing polices and make recommendations to review and change
Use relevant quality tools and make sure relevant manager and staff undertand what is expected of them
Identify, train and manage a team of ACE specialists from within our restaurants
Measure performance and identify areas of weaknesses across the organisation whilst recommending and implementing improvements
Supervise production and manufacturing processes and ensure that they are complying with our standards
Document problems and produce reports on quality control issues
Mentor team members and organise training and materials to bring them up to the mark

Education and Experience:
Bachelor/Master in Food Science/Food Technology or relevant discipline
Proven track record of at least 3 Years as a Quality Manager or similar in an International/Multinational /Reputable organisation.
