Client Support Executive (Spanish)

HQ Analytics is one of the leading companies with diverse practices and expertise in the Health care Management Industry. The company is looking for a candidate with Bilingual Skills (Spanish & English) to join its client Support Team.

In this position, the main responsibilities are:

To communicate with Bilingual clients as per their requirements and needs.
Effectively handling clients’ inquiries received through calls.
Candidates have to communicate with the client by composing accurate, prompt, and effective replies.
Input data in an accurate detailed and timely manner in the software.
Provide superior and excellent client service.
Entertain each client with the utmost honor, care, and concern.
Utilize active listening and critical thinking skills to quickly analyze and clearly understand a specific request or customer need.
Establish team attributes with other employees, including communication and customer focus.
Document call information
Adhere to all company policies and guidelines.
Other duties as assigned by the management.

Skills and Requirements

Bachelors / Master's Degree
Excellent Bilingual (Spanish & English) Fluency
Strong client and result-oriented skills
Experience using MS. Office
Team Work
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong customer service skills with the ability to remain professional in stressful situations
