Looking after the HR Operations of the assigned project
- Ensure timely processing and transfer of salaries
- Maintaining coordination with external stakeholders including Govt institutes e.g. EOBI and Social Security
- Hiring and recruitment for assigned projects using different recruitment channels.
- Maintaining and keeping employee records up to date.
- Conducting orientation session for newly hired employees
- Working closely with senior management for formulating and updating policies as per the growing needs of the organization
- To ensure the right implementation of policies
- Introducing the activities for employer branding in coordination with the marketing and media team
- Education:
- BBA/ MBA
Experience Requirements:
- Must have at least 5-7 years’ relevant experience with the “Construction industry” will be preferred.
