- Monitor staff performance and attendance activities
- Administering payroll and maintaining employee records
- Ensure that accurate job descriptions are in place
- Maintain Staff Performance Evaluation records
- Coordinate staff recruitment and selection process in order to ensure a timely, organized and comprehensive procedure to hire staff
- Prepare notices and advertisements for vacant staff positions
- Schedule and organize interviews
- Prepare and send offer/appointment letters to successful candidates and inform the unsuccessful candidates
- Conduct reference checks on possible candidates
- Prepare orientation programs and inform the new employees
- Coordination with Head office HR Officers and compilation of all HR Reports(Daily/ Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly/Annual)
- Assist Manager HR/ GM Plant in formulating various policies relating to personnel
- Identify training and development opportunities and maintain records of training sessions attended by employees
- Process employee requests for outside training while complying with policies and procedures
- Process the employees requests for welfare and leaves and maintain the records
- Dealing with grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures
- Research and monitor human resource systems in other organizations within the industry
- Perform other related duties as required
