A fast-growing skill-based Institute based in Gulshan E Iqbal is looking for an all-star Office Manager to handle all duties of HR, office and admin and work side by side with CEO's to manage the entire operations of the institute!
Duties include:
- HR Duties including job posting, hiring, contract making, firing, team activities, scheduling of interview(training provided)
- Employees Management (handling of employees everyday issues, planning backups, team backups, employee motviation and more
- Onboarding of new employees with team introductions, training of new joinings, making sure all employees are treated well in organisation and helping them grow
- Management of office, office environment and ambience
- Assisting other departments such as sales, social media departments
- Assisting CEO with everyday tasks
- A superstar is required to be hyperactive, solve everyday issues, hire new staff, manage cultute and more (training provided)
Salary and Timings:
- 6 Days a Week
- 1:00pm to 9pm
- Salary: 25K-30K with bonuses
- Office team activities invitation
- Other perks in companies
Please apply if you can manage 6 days a week from 1-pm to 6pm and can manage all duties in Office, females preferred as we have a 80% female staff in institute!
