Our client is a leading Mobile Value added Services company incorporated in Pakistan that provides competitive edge to enterprises by blending the power of mobile communication technology with mobile/web applications.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR
· Build, upgrade, configure, and provision servers from scratch.
· Able to support end-user computer devices (PC / Notebooks & mobile), office devices (printers, AV equipment), and peripherals
· Knowledgeable and experienced in supporting Microsoft windows & office suite
· Experience in working in an ITIL-driven environment and working knowledge of ITIL principles and processes with strong knowledge of incidents, change and configuration management and adherence processes, best practices and policies
· Experience in working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment & large-scale multinational environment (preferred)
· Complete support, configuration, maintenance & up-gradation of in-house networks (Internet & Intranet systems).
· Escalated Troubleshooting and maintenance of Virtual environment and hardware servers.
· Manage the complete cycle of data storage, backups, replication, and data restoration in case of failure or disaster.
· Provide support to department manager in the documentation and relevant reports. Also, update inventories.
· Ensure projects, tasks and operations follow the company and departmental policies and procedures.
· Responding to the queries/complaints within agreed time limits to attend and resolve complaints.
· Maintain and update logs in the ticketing system.
· Prioritizing and managing multiple complaints at the same time.
· Implementation of controls according to CIS.
