Technical Rollout Support Engineer

Job Description:

You will provide reporting on the activity (weekly, monthly, committee, KPI, SLA report…)
You will support the project manager in contract renewal and sales with new offers proposals.
You will manage the incidents follow up in respect with the SLA and manage escalation if needed.
You will analyze customer incidents to define the root cause and define appropriate procedure to solve them.
You coordinate and follow actions of 3rd party or Level 3 if necessary as per process.
You will be able to test and install changes on customer sites and perform the acceptance of the delivery.
We will manage actions defined in the contract such as preventive maintenance or software new release installation.
You will provide internal reporting of the account activity and profitability and manage the contract regularly in corporate tools, in respect with process

Travel: Job responsibilities require frequent travel to the border control points including Chaman and Torkham.
