Maintain smoothrunning operation of steam boilers at the site.
Perform routinemaintenance & services of the equipment’s associated with boilers.
Regularly test theboiler water and balance it with chemicals, if needed.
Maintain the dailydata logging of boiler critical parameters like temperature, pressure, fuelconsumption and feeding water parameters.
Make sure theavailability of steam at all times with close coordination with productiondepartment.
Maintain the Equipment& Building hygiene, Cleaning, housekeeping, Pest management and Preventionof potential contaminants.
Conduct regularinspection and servicing of boiler safety devices like PSV’s, PRV’s, and Burner.
Conduct the annualmaintenance and services of boilers.
Maintain theboiler for annual inspection of boilers by government Boiler inspectors.
Maintain theproper documentation and certification of boilers.
Checking andmaintaining record of process line and relevant quality related parameters.
Participate invarious level DMS as assigned.
Contribute in ILS6journey and specifically in assigned pillar and their work processes.
Reporting of KPIsas per defined frequency and schedule.
ActivelyParticipate in safety talks and timely incident reporting.
Responsible formaintenance & services of steam lines, pumps, valves and auxiliaryequipment.
