Floor greeting and channelizing the customers.
Opening and closing of counters along with inventory and cash handing over and take over, ensure proper attire and adherence as per SOP.
To remain abreast on current policies and procedures, promotions and products offered to our customers in accordance with regulatory requirements.
To ensure highest level of ownership of customer issues and escalations along with strong follow ups and providing feedback to customer.
To contribute towards new sales, upselling VAS and cross selling targets.
